The Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, and bulldozers, to support construction and materials operations. This role supports work across two locations, Elora and Myers, and requires the flexibility to travel and work at either site based on operational needs. As part of a crew, the Equipment Operator contributes to daily production targets, performs basic equipment maintenance, and supports general site activities while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
This is a seasonal, outdoor role that involves physically demanding work and extended hours, with typical shifts ranging from 10 to 12 hours during peak periods.
