Job description
Drive event coordination at Henry N.R. Jackman Faculty of Law as an Events Manager. Collaborate with various groups to oversee successful events and related activities.

As the Events Manager, you will report to the Associate Director, Events and Facilities, ensuring seamless event delivery for students, faculty, alumni, and external clients. Your role includes managing classroom and event space bookings, tackling inquiries, and enhancing operations across various venues. The position demands excellent organisational skills and a robust background in event planning within higher education.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and oversee a range of events and operations • Serve as primary contact for event-related inquiries • Execute activities and manage venue operations • Promote venues to internal and external clients • Manage online room-booking systems

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience • Minimum five years in event planning • Demonstrated full-cycle event management experience • Proven facilities coordination for multiple events • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
