Job description
Take on a vital role as a Procurement Manager at Equinix, specializing in governance and policy management within a hybrid setting. Contribute to strategic procurement initiatives and process design.In this 12-month position, the Procurement Excellence Manager will oversee procurement policies and ensure alignment with regulatory standards. You will work closely with the VP of Corporate Procurement and engage with stakeholders to support effective governance activities. Your expertise will streamline processes, maintain documentation, and enhance knowledge management across the organization.Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain procurement policy documentation • Design logical and efficient procurement processes • Serve as a central resource for policy-related inquiries • Support senior management in high-stakes initiatives • Inform teams of process changes and updatesRequirements: • Proven experience in procurement operations or governance • Strong skills in documentation and content clarity • Knowledge management experience with digital tools • Proficiency with procurement systems like Coupa or Ariba • Executive support experience and high discretionUtilize your skills to drive procurement excellence at Equinix, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
