Job description
Elevate 7-Eleven's digital and web presence as the Manager of Digital Experience. Lead website performance, UX/UI strategies, and digital optimization in a fully remote or hybrid role.

In this managerial position, oversee the complete digital ecosystem for 7-Eleven Canada while reporting to the Sr. Manager, Digital & E-Commerce. Your responsibilities will include managing web performance, SEO initiatives, and enhancing customer engagement through data-driven strategies. Collaborate closely with U.S. teams and spearhead the development of best-in-class digital experiences across various touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage 7-Eleven.ca, ensuring optimization and alignment with business goals • Drive UX/UI leadership and strategic oversight across all platforms • Analyze digital performance metrics and implement optimization strategies • Lead SEO strategy and execute SEM initiatives for increased visibility • Develop a digital platform roadmap aligned with business priorities

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field • 5+ years of experience in digital product management • Proficient in CMS, UX/UI design, and digital performance metrics • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and web analytics • Experience in retail or consumer brands is preferred
