We're Hiring AZ/DZ Equipment Operators!
Webber is actively hiring licensed AZ and DZ Equipment Operators for both full-time and seasonal opportunities across Ontario.
Locations:
Denbigh, Cloyne, Dacre, Eganville, Barry’s Bay, Bow Lake, Young’s Point, Maynooth, Ormsby, Pontypool, Lindsay, and Fraserville
What We’re Looking For
Valid AZ or DZ license (new drivers are welcome)
Experience operating heavy equipment is an asset
Strong focus on safety and teamwork
Reliable and ready to support road maintenance operations

What You’ll Do
Operate snowplows and sanding equipment during winter operations
Perform road maintenance including highways, bridges, and infrastructure
Participate in emergency response rotations as required
Support summer maintenance activities when applicable
