Hawthorne Recruitment is leading a confidential search for a Vice President, Marketing. The Vice President, Marketing will own the marketing function at a strategic level. This is not a maintenance role. It calls for someone who can assess where the organization is today, identify what needs to change, and build a stronger, more focused marketing engine around the business.
The successful candidate brings senior judgment, commercial fluency, and the ability to translate a complex offering into clear positioning, credible messaging, and practical go-to-market activity. They work closely with executive leadership and shape how the organization presents itself to the market.

Senior marketing leadership experience in a complex B2B environment. You may come from technology, SaaS, professional services, advanced manufacturing, industrial services, or another setting where the buying process is considered, relationship-driven, and commercially nuanced.
