Job description
Join BWZ as the Director of Growth Marketing, focusing on audience acquisition and conversion optimization. This role is essential for building a sustainable growth strategy, including hands-on management of paid acquisition and experimentation systems.In this role, you will be responsible for owning the paid acquisition strategy while also implementing conversion pathways that lead into BWZ’s key offerings. Your collaboration with internal teams will be crucial to optimize our audience products and refine our measurement techniques. You will actively contribute to creating a culture of data-driven decision making.Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies and referral programs • Optimize landing pages to increase effectiveness of campaigns • Audit onboarding flows to improve user experience • Run A/B testing to enhance acquisition and conversion • Build and maintain dashboards tracking performance metricsRequirements: • Established experience in growth marketing and paid campaigns • Strong background in conversion optimization and funnel analysis • Familiarity with CRM and reporting systems • Ability to work independently and thrive in a startup environment • Leadership experience, managing teams or contractorsBe a driving force in expanding BWZ’s audience and increasing conversions through innovative marketing strategies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
