The Opportunity:
The Omnichannel Marketing Manager will spearhead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of eCommerce, shopper marketing, and retailer media initiatives. This pivotal role is crucial in driving market share growth and achieving profitable sales for our brands. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end development of omni-channel programs, spanning customized key account initiatives to scalable national campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and business growth objectives through strong cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation: $96, - $, CAD base pay annually plus annual short-term incentive
The above compensation reflects the target compensation for the position at the time of posting. The base salary offered may vary based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, education, training, job- related knowledge, and other organizational requirements. For part-time roles, salaries are adjusted according to scheduled hours. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in Maple Leaf’s annual short-term incentive plan.

- Customer Journey Mapping: Deeply understand and map out the entire customer journey, from awareness to purchase, across channels. Identify key moments where personalized engagement can enhance the experience.
- Tailored Marketing Programs: Design and implement tailored shopper/digital programs for individual accounts to drive engagement and conversions. Ensure that campaigns align with the unique needs and objectives of each retail partner.
- Media Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with retail partners to create and execute media strategies that enhance brand presence and drive purchase intent across all retailer platforms.
- Agency Partnership Management: Oversee agency partnerships to ensure effective media planning, creative development, and seamless execution of campaigns. Act as the primary point of contact for agency partners, providing clear direction and maintaining accountability for deliverables.
- Scalable Marketing Initiatives: Work across different product categories to develop scalable marketing initiatives that drive brand reach and impact. Leverage synergies across categories to create unified, consumer-facing campaigns that enhance overall brand strength and visibility.
- Performance Analysis: Use multi-touch attribution to analyze and optimize the performance of different channels and the customer journey overall.
