Requirements:
PhD in an area directly related to human resources management or industrial relations. MBA or an MHA, or a Master's degree to be considered in the absence of PhD. Must also demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of recent professional experience in both working with unionized and non-unionized health system environments.Relevant experience should include the development of strategic workforce plans, health human resources optimization and analytics in health systems, as well as the design and implementation of inclusive recruitment, retention and talent development strategies in health organizations.
