Job description
Join BMO Financial Group as an Associate Director in Corporate Finance. Leverage your skills in financial analysis and relationship management to guide major commercial loan decisions. This role within the Canadian Commercial Banking division focuses on managing large client portfolios valued at over $10 million. You will collaborate closely with directors and manage credit analysis, loan structuring, and ongoing client interactions, ensuring optimal outcomes for both the bank and clients. Key Responsibilities: • Structure loan terms while minimizing bank’s risk • Monitor portfolio health and industry trends • Evaluate portfolio performance for strategic recommendations • Support new business development with proposals • Build and execute business development plans Requirements: • 5-7 years of experience in credit or lending • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance or Accounting • Comprehensive understanding of banking operations • Excellent communication and collaborative skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial tools Bring your expertise in credit risk and client relations to BMO's Corporate Finance team, driving successful financial outcomes for key clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
