Role:

This role is for an innovativeFull Stack Engineertohelpthebuild out of solutions thatcompriseofagentic flows&application integration, focusing on process efficiencies, automation, simplification, and risk reduction across enterprise business solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to the technical direction of products and services,instilengineering best practices, and promote cultural change within the organization. This position involves close collaboration with various technology teams to push the adoption of Generative AI technologies and agentic flows across enterprise-wide applications and processes, and to develop partnerships with third-party providers forvalidatingand adopting best-of-breed solutions.

• Develop foundational components and mature technology capabilities in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Technical Expertise:

• Deep hands-on experience in engineering and executing enterprise solutions that scale effectively.

• Fluency in at least two programming languages, with a strong preference for Python and Java.Proficiencyin Javascript/Typescript and Golang is also highly valued.

• Goodunderstanding of Language Models (LLMs), transformers, agentic frameworks, vector stores, and search algorithms.

• Experience with relevant frameworks such as Spring (AI, Boot, Core, etc.), Flask, LangChain, LangGraph, and MLFlow.

• Proficiencyin database technologies,such as Oracle, Postgres,or MongoDB.

• Experience withmessaging and integration platforms like Kafka or JMS/MQ.

• UI development skills with technologies such as React JS or StreamLit.

• Experience designing and implementing REST and WebSocket APIs.

• Familiarity withone of themajor cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure/

• Strong knowledge of infrastructure tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm.

• Experience with build and deployment(CI/CD)tools such as Jenkins and Gradle.

• Strongengineering experience with high-performance, large-scaledistributed systems.

• Experienceusing AI coding assistants such as CoPilot or Devin.

General Experience & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in financial services, technology firms, or dynamic start-up environments.

• Strong hands-on experience with Agile delivery, product management, and value stream methodologies.

• Proventrack recordin producing high-quality project artifacts.

• Demonstrated abilityto drivethedesign,development&implementationof scalable systems.

• Motivated self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new skills and effectively navigate complex organizational structures.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Information Technologyor Engineering isrequired; aMaster'sdegree is preferred.
