Job description
Lead operational excellence as the Night Shift Operations Manager at Nike's Brimley Facility in Toronto. Oversee team performance, operational goals, and ensure a culture of inclusivity and success.

In this pivotal role, you will manage the midnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, driving productivity and service excellence within the distribution center. With 5-7 years of relevant experience, you will cultivate relationships and implement innovative processes to enhance operations while fostering a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and coach a team of departmental managers • Collaborate with Planning on execution of operational strategies • Provide daily reporting to meet performance objectives • Evaluate and implement innovative operational procedures • Champion an inclusive culture aligned with Nike's values

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent diploma • 5-7 years of experience in Distribution Centre management • Proven team leadership skills • Advanced proficiency in MS tools, including Excel • Experience with Manhattan systems is an asset
