Job description
Advance your career with EY as a Tax Consultant specializing in global mobility and expatriate tax solutions. This Senior Tax Staff role features significant technical development and collaboration with experienced professionals. The Mobility - Expatriate Tax team needs a Senior Tax Staff member to deliver tailored tax compliance and advisory solutions for multinational clients. You will manage complex tax returns and engage in critical advisory conversations surrounding cross-border employment. Your work will contribute to successful mobility strategies and enhance both client and team outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare complex Canadian and US personal income tax returns Identify and assess tax filing risks Advise on cross-border compensation and employment tax Conduct research to facilitate compliance and advisory tasks Oversee and mentor junior team staff RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting or finance Relevant experience in Canadian and/or US taxation Skills in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint Progress toward CPA or Enrolled Agent qualification Robust interest in tax technical matters and mobility This role with EY will set you on a path toward advanced client engagement and technical expertise.#J-18808-Ljbffr
