Summary

This role is designed for a high-performing marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and is energized by executing high-impact campaigns that drive business growth. As a B2B Marketing Digital Campaigns Lead – Cloud & Industry, you will play a key role in supporting the Canadian marketing team by delivering integrated industry marketing programs, campaigns, and events that accelerate demand, lead generation, and pipeline outcomes.
On this 1-year fixed term role, you will operate at the intersection of marketing strategy and execution, partnering with Global and North America stakeholders to bring go-to-market initiatives to life and increase awareness and adoption of Google Cloud solutions among IT professionals and business decision-makers across Canada.

What will your typical day look like?

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to industry priorities, supporting demand generation and pipeline growth initiatives.
• Plan and deliver marketing events, including owned events and third-party sponsorships, ensuring high-quality execution across pre-event, onsite, and post-event phases.
• Collaborate with Global Campaigns, Regional Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Sales stakeholders to coordinate go-to-market activities and align messaging.
• Manage external vendors and agencies to support campaign delivery, content development, and event logistics.
• Oversee budgets and ensure effective allocation and governance across campaign and event initiatives.
• Track campaign and event performance using CRM and marketing automation tools, measuring leads, pipeline contribution, and marketing-influenced revenue.
• Translate marketing performance data into actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
• Support the development of marketing content, assets, and communications tailored to target industry audiences.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes, tools, and reporting frameworks within a fast-growing team.

You will be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing marketing team focused on accelerating the adoption of cloud technologies across Canada. The team collaborates closely with global and regional stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-driven marketing programs that engage clients and drive measurable business outcomes.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with these skills, experience and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience planning, managing, and executing marketing programs in a B2B technology environment.
  • Experienced in partner marketing or alliance-driven marketing programs
  • Proficient with cloud ecosystem marketing (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Competent in marketing cloud technology, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven experience driving demand generation, customer acquisition, and awareness campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience measuring and optimizing marketing performance.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:

  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and execution.
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and large-scale marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, customer journey mapping, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience with customer advocacy, community engagement, and event marketing programs.
  • Knowledge of modern productivity and collaboration platforms.
  • Experience working within highly matrixed, global organizations.

Quebec Locations: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $90,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
