What you will do?

You will provide internal control over the documentation, funding, and booking processes for new retail transactions. You will report to the Director of Operations.
You will work in a collaborative, on-site, office-based environment at our location in Mississauga, Ontario, partnering daily with colleagues and dealer. We celebrate wins and learn from challenges, transforming together to stay flexible, fast, and customer focused.

  • Understand and become proficient with the information systems supporting our retail transactions (Transaction, Q2 and Supertrump).
  • Analyze the structure of lease and loan transactions to ensure they are documented and recorded consistently.
  • Review the titling and perfection of security interest for all equipment and collateral, including insurance certification in the documentation package.
  • Respond to questions from Sales and Dealers relating to documentation and funding.
