We are hiring a Talent Coordinator to step into a new role on our People and Culture team on the Hazel McCallion LRT project. This position reports to the .

What You Will Be Doing?

• Support the Manager – Talent Acquisition with organizing and scheduling interviews
• Participate and lead interviews and consolidate notes for record keeping
• Lead the function of keeping the company website updated with live postings
• Generate relevant forms to comply with the recruitment process
• Lead the process of communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in working with hiring managers on the development of job descriptions
• Experience in reporting and working on Ad-hoc reports
• Coordinate with the broader Human Resources team with onboarding
• Communicate with Information Technology department to ensure a smooth onboarding for external candidates and secondments
• Coordinate with HR and community benefits teams for any career fairs or outreach
• Lead the function of updating the IT team with a forecasting report for upcoming positions

What We Are Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree or a college diploma in human resources or a related field.
• 2-3 years experience in talent coordination
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a construction environment is an asset
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Strong experience in using Microsoft Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project)
• Strong Organization Skills

Expected Compensation

Successful candidates chosen for this position can expect to earn between $65,000.00 CAD - $70,000.00 CAD The exact salary you will earn within this range is dependant on the specific project to which you are assigned.
