Role overview

The D&T Delivery Lead – Strategy, Architecture & Compliance (PTD) is a key member of the Enterprise Delivery team within the Performance, Transformation and Delivery function atHaleon. This role plays a critical part in delivering high‑impactprogrammesthat support enterprise strategy execution, architecture alignment, and compliance across Digital & Technology.

The roleis responsible forstructuring, governing, and delivering complex Strategy, Architecture, and Compliance initiatives across multiple teams, platforms, and business stakeholders. It ensures thatprogrammesare delivered efficiently and in line with enterprise standards, while balancing strategic priorities, architectural integrity, and regulatory requirements.

The role partners closely with Strategy, Architecture, and Compliance leaders, D&T teams, strategic vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery of critical enterprise capabilities and transformationprogrammes. It playsa central rolein ensuring that initiatives deliver expected strategic alignment, governance, and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

1.ProgrammeDelivery & Execution

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Strategy, Architecture, and Complianceprogrammes, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

• Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple stakeholders and technology domains

• Ensure alignment to enterprise strategy, architectural standards, and compliance requirements

2. Governance & Delivery Frameworks

• Establish andoperategovernance structures aligned to enterprise delivery frameworks

• Ensure clear oversight of performance, delivery status, and risks

• Drive structured decision-making, escalation, and accountability acrossprogrammes

3. Risk, Issue & Compliance Management

• Identify, track, and manage delivery risks and issues, ensuring mitigation and escalation

• Embed strong governance and compliance discipline acrossprogrammes

• Ensure adherence to regulatory, architectural, and internal control requirements

4. Financial & Vendor Management

• Manageprogrammebudgets, including forecasting, cost control, and reporting

• Ensure effective commercial management of strategic vendors and partners

• Align financial tracking with delivery progress andprogrammeoutcomes

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment

• Build relationships with Strategy, Architecture, and Compliance leadership, as well as D&T teams and business stakeholders

• Provide clear communication and reporting to senior stakeholders

• Surface dependencies, trade-offs, and risks to support informed decision-making

6. Delivery Excellence & Capability Building

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, tools, and standards

• Promote best practices across Strategy, Architecture, and Complianceprogrammedelivery

• Support capability development and knowledge sharing across the Delivery community

Your profile

Required:

• Proven experience delivering complex Digital, Technology, or enterprise strategy / architecture / complianceprogrammes

• Understanding of digital and technology landscapes, including enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance environments

• Experience in managing change within large, matrixedorganisationswith multiple stakeholders

• Strongprogrammegovernance, risk management, and delivery discipline

• Ability tooperatein complex, cross-functional environments with competing priorities

• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies

Preferred:

• Experience delivering strategy, enterprise architecture, or compliance-related transformationprogrammes

• Stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior leadership exposure

• Ability to translate technical, architectural, or governance topics into clear business language

• Experience managing third-party vendors and complex delivery ecosystems

• Relevant certifications (e.g.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)

• Remuneration: 25 550 to 35 130 PLN gross/month, depending on the level of experience and competence.
