Salary Range:The base salary compensation range for this position is $105,000- $125,000,plus bonus and benefits.

Job Purpose:
As Key Account Manager,Loblawand ShoppersDrug Mart, OHC,you will lead the development and execution of strategic customer plans for your assigned account. Reporting directly to theCustomer Sales Lead, you will play a critical role in deliveringHaleon’snet sales growth by building joint business plans,identifyinggrowth opportunities, and driving best-in-class in-market execution with your customers. You will act as the voice of the customer within Haleon, ensuring customer needs and insights are embedded into planning cycles while delivering strong, sustainable results.

Customer Sales Lead, and working seamlessly withthe Strategy andCommercial Excellence teams, your areas of responsibility include:
Deliver the Business Goals
Deliver Gross Sales, Net Sales, Profit, Consumption and $Share growthobjectivesforLoblaw and SDM
Drive and alignHaleon’sStrategic agenda with customer through effective multi-year JointBusiness Planning (where applicable)
Prioritize andallocateinvestment budgets against key business drivers;optimizeROI-basedtrade spend
Achieve new product distributionobjectivesfor assigned categories
Execute Haleon brand &shopper-based in-store strategies with excellence (shelving,distribution, promotion, pricing)
Accountability for gross sales forecast accuracy
Ensureappropriate tracking & reportingtools & processes are in place to measure resultsagainst critical KPI goals
Developthe Customer Relationship
Leverage the Team
Role model collaboration as a key success behavior to achieve brand, shopper, andcustomer goals
Collaborate with Digital Commerce team to evolve/develop omni presence with customer
Partner with Sales Strategy to ensure Customer needs are met and embedded in brandplans
Partner with Category Management, ShopperMarketingand Insights to drive ashopper-centriccustomer agenda
Integrate Net Revenue Management guidance into promotion ROI and trade negotiationplans
Partner with Sales Finance Team to measure impact of investment options against P&Lpriorities
Partner with Retail Development to ensure perfect instore execution of agreed shopper andcustomer plans
Partner with Replenishment Analyst to set and achieve #1 in customer service andonshelfavailability goals
Basic Qualifications:
Exceptional written and oral communication skills – English
Bachelor’s degree completed
Valid driver license*
2+ years direct selling experience, preferably with designated key account
5+ years of retail account management and development experience
Deep market,categoryand accountexpertise
Strong management and relationship building capabilities
Demonstrated ability to develop consultative/solutions selling to large/strategic retailaccounts
Proven ability to work effectively on cross functional teams and coordinate cross functionalrequirements for account
Track recordof driving results
Strong planning & time management skills
Strong analytical and presentation/story telling skills
*This position requires routine driving on Company business and includes eligibility for a company‑leased vehicle. To support safe and efficient fleet operations, Haleon may use telematics technology for certain roles.
