Job description
Lead the Town of Renfrew as its Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for strategic planning and operational management. This role focuses on fostering a responsive, innovative municipality. In this leadership position, you will work closely with the Mayor and Council to implement key strategies and policies that serve the community effectively. With a strong managerial background of seven to ten years, you will develop a talented team, ensuring that municipal services align with the Town's strategic priorities. Your contributions will drive resource efficiency and community enhancement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the efficient delivery of municipal services • Collaborate with the Mayor on strategic initiatives • Inspire a workforce focused on excellence and accountability • Innovate operational plans in line with community goals • Utilize resources effectively to serve residents Requirements: • Relevant post-secondary education required • 7-10 years of municipal managerial experience required • CMO designation preferred • Clean criminal record check must be provided • Must hold a valid G-Class Driver’s Licence Join the Town of Renfrew in enhancing community services and leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
