Job description
Join Dermalogica as a passionate Inside Sales Consultant focused on skincare innovation and business development. Use your expertise to foster strong relationships and achieve commercial success remotely.

This Inside Sales Consultant role is essential for driving profitable growth through strategic relationships with Medspas, salons, and skincare partners. Your responsibilities will include account management, performance optimization, and educating partners on Dermalogica’s products. By acting as a trusted advisor, you will enhance the brand's visibility and effectiveness in the professional channel.

Key Responsibilities: • Meet sales targets across assigned professional accounts • Develop strategic sales opportunities and recommendations • Maintain communication with salon and spa partners • Execute outreach campaigns to engage existing clients • Represent the brand at educational workshops

Requirements: • 1-3+ years of experience in sales or business development • Background in skincare or beauty industries preferred • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office • Esthetician background is a significant asset
