Job description
Take charge of merchandising and team dynamics at Dollar Tree as a Merchandising Assistant Manager. Engage in freight processing and impactful merchandising strategies.

As a Merchandising Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager by overseeing merchandising functions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve managing freight flow effectively and maintaining high standards for the sales floor and stockroom. Strong communication and management skills are essential for fostering a productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist in daily store functions and responsibilities • Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned • Maintain cleanliness throughout store areas • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and directives • Manage stock needs and freight flow efficiently

Requirements: • Previous experience in retail management • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. routinely • Willingness to work in energetic team settings • Flexibility for additional duties as assigned
