The client is looking for two project managers for the wealth management manufacturing workstream, as part of the modernization led by the GPAP senior vice-presidency. The person is the central point between the sponsor, managers, project contributors and, where applicable, an external vendor whose contractual agreement they must understand. They build the single project and resource schedule, manage contribution requests with the CLA and the IT integrator, and approve any change affecting the core team, schedule or budget. The context is hybrid, with delivery in several increments and phase gates presented to governance bodies. The responsibilities section uses the delivery director wording, which sets the accountability bar above a coordination role.
Candidate sought: a project manager with more than 10 years of experience who has carried the reporting of a multi-increment project before a steering committee, managing dependencies across IT, business and vendor teams. Projects on the resume show budget, schedule and change management under their responsibility, ideally above $3M.
Key Requirements:
- More than 10 years in project management, in a structured environment with a recognized development methodology
- Multiple stakeholder management
- Hybrid project management (several increments)
- Functional English
