An experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multi purpose‑built apartment rental developments within the company’s growing wood frame construction portfolio.
The successful candidate will lead projects through all phases of construction, from pre‑development and tendering through construction, reporting, and close‑out.
This role requires a strong background in wood frame multi‑residential construction, contract administration, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and field operations management.
Projects range from approximately 9,000 to 15,000 square feet, with individual project values between $2.5M–$3.0M in hard construction costs and a combined portfolio value of approximately $25M over a 3‑year span.
Minimum completion of two Full‑Cycle wood frame multi‑residential construction projects of similar scope.
Strong working knowledge of:
Experience managing purpose‑built rental or multi‑residential projects considered an asset.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be detail‑oriented.
Experience coordinating consultants, clients, and trade contractors in a fast‑paced environment.
