The Wealth Management Associate Program is a salaried development program aimed at developing sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals into a private banking role. The program offers a strong foundation on building core credit underwriting and relationship management skills. • You're completying a master’s degree by January 2027, or you are a recent graduate with less than 5 years of experience and have developed a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.

• You bring strong relationship‑building skills and enjoy connecting with others.
