Job description
Lead operations at a liquor store with a competitive salary of $46.15 per hour. This full-time permanent position requires strong management skills and staff oversight.As a Liquor Store Manager, you'll be responsible for directing daily operations and managing the staff at the liquor store. Your role involves planning budgets, handling customer complaints, and evaluating daily activities to ensure smooth operations. You will also recruit and supervise staff, as well as conduct performance reviews to maintain high standards.Key Responsibilities: • Direct and control daily liquor store operations • Plan and organize daily management tasks • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff members • Resolve customer complaints and supply issues • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expensesRequirements: • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate • 1-2 years of relevant managerial experience • Strong client focus and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage and motivate staff effectively • Proficient in implementing pricing and credits policiesElevate your career in retail management at a leading liquor store. #J-18808-Ljbffr
