Job description
Support a high-impact transformation program as a Change Management Manager in Toronto. Drive adoption, engage stakeholders, and enhance user experiences in a hybrid work model.This 12-month contract role focuses on leading change management initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with business leaders and delivery teams to embed changes effectively and ensure measurable results. Your experience in consulting and change management will be key to influencing stakeholders and achieving project goals.Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end change management for transformation initiatives • Develop strategies for training, communication, and adoption • Assess impacts and proactively identify risks • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change activities • Champion a cohesive user experience across processesRequirements: • Bachelor’s degree required • Proven change management and project management experience • Experience in large-scale transformation initiatives • Strong stakeholder management skills • Ability to translate complex changes into clear insightsLeverage your change management expertise to drive successful outcomes in this transformative program. #J-18808-Ljbffr
