Join Chubb as an Underwriter in the Healthcare team, focusing on managing renewals and new business generation. This position involves risk assessment and profitable growth strategies across Canada.As an Underwriter, you will evaluate healthcare risks, analyze submissions, and recommend pricing strategies based on comprehensive assessments. Collaborating with brokers and operating within regulatory frameworks will be key in driving the business objectives effectively.Key Responsibilities: • Develop strategic plans for growth in assigned territory • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for medical liabilities • Recommend terms and pricing for optimum profitability • Create and review policy documents for compliance • Provide ongoing expert support to brokers and clientsRequirements: • Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum 4 years underwriting experience needed • Experience in medical malpractice is advantageous • Proven ability to build strong professional relationships • Self-motivated with effective time management skillsDrive profitable growth and enhance Chubb’s reputation in healthcare underwriting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
