PROFIL DU POSTE TITRE DU POSTE : Chargé de projets RELÈVE DE (TITRE DUPOSTE) : Directeur mécanique de procédés – entrepreneur général SOMMAIRE DU POSTE Sous la supervision Directeur mécanique de procédés – entrepreneur général le chargé de projets coordonne les projets en mécanique de procédé, génie civil, bâtiment et général. PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS · Planifier, organiser, superviser et contrôler les projets · Assurer un suivi auprès de la direction · Agir comme représentant des clients dans la réalisation des projets · Établir des échéanciers et veiller à leur réalisation · Assurer l’aspect administratif (lettre de conformité, lettre de garanties, assurance, dessins d’atelier etc…) des chantiers · Agir comme représentant de Groupe Québeco et maintenir de bonnes relations · Participer aux réunions de chantier et de coordination · Coordonner et superviser les travaux · Établir les priorités · Négocier les contrats avec les sous-traitants et fournisseurs · Rédiger les contrats des clients et des sous-traitants · Développer une relation de confiance avec les clients et les partenaires · Veiller au respect des normes de qualité exigées par le client · Minimiser les impacts budgétaires · Contrôler la qualité des travaux · Rédiger les rapports journaliers des travaux · Appliquer les normes et les lois en vigueur · Procéder aux achats et conclure les contrats avec les sous-traitants · Assurer la gestion des travaux supplémentaires · Préparer et assurer le suivi des décomptes progressifs, afin de facturer les travaux effectués · Achever les projets par la préparation des documents de fin de chantier · Planifier les travaux de fabrication en atelier PROFIL DE COMPÉTENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES FORMATION/EXPÉRIENCE/CERTIFICATION : · BAC en génie de construction ou études dans le domaine · Expérience de 0-2 ans dans le domaine, un atout CONNAISSANCES : · Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft, Système intégré de type ERP et Ms Project · Bonne connaissance du domaine du génie civil · Bonne connaissance de l’estimation et de la gestion de projets COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES REQUISES : · Avoir le sens de l’organisation / planification · Être minutieux et méthodique · Être un bon communicateur/négociateur · Être autonome et sens de l’initiative · Avoir le sens des priorités · Aimer travailler en équipe · Être en mesure de résoudre des problèmes
