Credit Analyst
Title: Credit Analyst
Location: Montreal, QC (On-site)
Status: Full-Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Member Growth & Prospecting:
Identify and research potential new members (suppliers/brands)
• Conduct professional outreach (phone, email, virtual meetings)
• Support membership presentations
• Contribute to growth initiatives
Onboarding & Training:
• Train members on our digital platform and reporting tools
• Explain how to interpret credit reports and industry data
• Ensure members maximize value from membership
Candidate must be comfortable presenting to small professional groups.
Credit Analysis & Support:
• Assist with preparation of credit summaries
• Support credit meetings with insights and trends
• Maintain reporting accuracy and data integrity
Must understand commercial credit fundamentals:
• Risk assessment
• Aging analysis
• Credit limits
Member Engagement
• Build relationships with credit professionals across North America
• Attend occasional industry meetings (some travel possible)
• Respond to member inquiries professionally
Qualifications:
• 1–3 years in commercial credit, AR, or credit analysis
• Experience evaluating trade accounts preferred
• Exposure to B2B environments preferred
• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred
• Strong Excel
• PowerPoint
• Microsoft Office
• Comfortable learning digital platforms
