Job description
Job Title: Enterprise Technology SpecialistLocation: Edmonton Type: Contract (Until Sept 30, 2026, with possible extension) Hours: Monday–Friday, 7.25 hours/day Pay Rate: CAD 25-35/hr on T4Role OverviewWe are seeking an Enterprise Technology Specialist to support and maintain enterprise systems, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient access to technology across the organization. This role focuses on technical support, endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, and continuous improvement of IT services.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Support & Operations
  • Provide end‑user technical support (onsite & remote)
  • Configure and deploy devices, workstations, and enterprise hardware
  • Maintain meeting rooms, printers, and IT equipment
  • Support users with training and guidance
  • Coordinate with external vendors
Endpoint Management & Security
  • Manage endpoint devices (Intune or equivalent)
  • Monitor and enforce security policies andpliance
  • Troubleshoot deployment and configuration issues
  • Test system changes before rollout and maintain documentation
Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Administer M365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID)
  • Manage user access and permissions
  • Provide executive-level support where required
  • Support web CMS and related platforms
Technical Advisory
  • Evaluate new tools and technologies
  • Rmend solutions aligned with security and operational needs
  • Identify system risks and act as technical lead for assigned areas
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to improve IT services
  • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing
Key Deliverables

  • Timely resolution of service requests
  • Accurate documentation and configurations
  • Strong data security andpliance
  • Positive end‑user experience
Required Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in enterprise IT support environments
  • Hands‑on experience with: Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID)Endpoint/device management (Intune or similar)Identity and access management
  • Experience in technical support/customer-facing IT roles
Nice to Have
  • Experience with security policies,pliance, or regulated environments
  • Experience in privacy/security‑focused organizations
Certifications (Preferred)
  • Microsoft 365 Certifications
  • Microsoft Endpoint Administrator (MD‑102)
  • Microsoft Security Certifications (SC‑900, SC‑300, SC‑200)
