Job description
Join The Brick as a Customer Solutions Specialist, focusing on problem-solving and enhancing customer interactions. This role involves coordinating service calls and managing large contract orders in a dynamic team environment.

As The Brick grows its service team, we seek motivated individuals passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences. You will handle inquiries, coordinate furniture and appliance deliveries, and ensure seamless communication with customers. A positive and enthusiastic approach will help you excel in our vibrant commercial division.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage service calls for furniture and appliance inquiries • Provide solutions to customer problems and inquiries • Confirm sales orders for builders and projects • Coordinate large contract product deliveries • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 2 years in customer service or sales • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in MS Office applications • Creative problem solver with a proactive attitude
