We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Architecture, Data Cloud, Identity Resolution, and Marketing/CPG/Retail domain with experience delivering scalable customer data platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, including DMOs, DLOs, Unified Profiles, and Identity Resolution.
Define and implement identity resolution strategies using deterministic and probabilistic matching.
Design data ingestion and integration patterns for multiple enterprise data sources.
Configure and optimize Data Cloud match rules, profile unification, and householding.
Lead technical solution workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
Establish architecture standards, governance, and best practices for delivery teams.
Monitor Data Cloud performance, data quality, and credit consumption.
Ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready Data Cloud implementations.
8+ years of Salesforce architecture experience.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
Strong expertise in Identity Resolution, Customer 360, and Data Modeling.
Experience integrating data from CRM, POS, eCommerce, Loyalty, and Marketing platforms.
Knowledge of Marketing/CPG/Retail domain is highly preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
