Job description
Step into a management role at our hotel, where prior experience and staff supervision are key. Help develop policies and ensure smooth daily operations while addressing customer concerns.

We are looking for a Hotel Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience, capable of enforcing policies, supervising staff, and managing budgets. The role requires flexibility with shift work and the ability to handle on-call responsibilities. Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada and willing to relocate if necessary.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures • Supervise and support hotel staff effectively • Prepare and monitor budgets, revenues, and expenses • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns • Establish and manage staff work schedules

Requirements: • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in hotel management • Authorized to work in Canada • Willingness to work shifts or on-call as needed • Required certifications as stipulated • English proficiency required
