Team Lead Surveyor – Red Chris Block Cave Project, Northern British Columbia. This fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) position operates on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation and is located in a high‑altitude underground mining setting. Responsibilities
Supervise surveying activities for both underground and surface mining operations. Plan and schedule daily/weekly survey work aligned with mine production targets. Lead, coach, and develop survey teams, including training on equipment and safety protocols. Ensure accuracy and quality control of survey data before reporting. Monitor and manage equipment maintenance and calibration. Prepare and present survey reports to stakeholders to support decision‑making. Maintain organized survey records and databases for compliance and future reference. Collaborate with engineers and geologists to integrate data into mine models. Drive adoption of new technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy. Promote a strong safety culture through regular briefings and adherence to standards. Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Mining Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in mine surveying (open pit and/or underground). Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of modern survey technologies (GPS, total stations, drones, etc.). Strong understanding of health and safety standards in mining. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, operational environment. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. High attention to detail and data accuracy. Self‑awareness and ability to build effective working relationships. Work Environment

The expected salary range for this role is CA$105,800 - 141,100, tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The exact offer will be based on job‑related education, training, and/ or experience.
