Job description
Transform the shopping experience at our Outdoor Garden Centre as a Seasonal Lead Merchandiser. Focus on leadership, merchandising standards, and customer engagement from April to June.In this role, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver outstanding product displays and manage inventory effectively. Responsibilities include training team members on plant care, troubleshooting customer inquiries, and using your gardening expertise to enhance customer satisfaction. You will also monitor stock levels to ensure the best presentation of products throughout the season.Key Responsibilities: • Lead and support a seasonal team of merchandisers • Create engaging, customer-focused product displays • Efficiently handle new inventory deliveries • Maintain product quality and presentation • Facilitate customer interactions with expertiseRequirements: • Minimum 2 years’ team leadership experience • Previous merchandising experience, ideally in garden goods • Capability to handle physically demanding tasks • Robust communication and interpersonal abilities • Passionate about gardening and outdoor activitiesUtilize your leadership skills and passion for gardening to enhance customer satisfaction at our Outdoor Garden Centre. #J-18808-Ljbffr
