Job description

Location : Malaysia Working Hours : Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM KPI Bonus Job Requirements Bachelor Degree in any field; experience in customer service Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (spoken, written) Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone, email, and in person. Communicate with Mandarin- and Cantonese-speaking customers to understand their needs. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Manage appointments, service documentation, and follow-ups. Resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction. Why Join Us?
