In this critical healthcare coordination role, you are more than just a point of contact; you are a lifeline for patients navigating complex medical funding. Your mission is to ensure that every patient, physician, and insurance provider receives a world-class, empathetic experience where efficiency and care are the gold standards.

Equipment Provided: All home office hardware and tech tools are shipped directly to you.

Responsibilities
Casework & Reimbursement: Coordinate all aspects of prescription drug coverage by navigating public, private, and special access programs.

Patient Engagement: Provide compassionate, professional telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance bodies.

Clinical Tracking: Adhere to case-management protocols, managing patient onboarding documentation, tracking therapy disruptions, and filing mandatory adverse event reports.

Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary link between patients, pharmacies, and physicians' offices to maximize reimbursement solutions.

Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience (within the last 7 years) as a Patient Caseworker, Pharma Reimbursement Specialist, or Patient Coordinator.

Language Requirement: Fluent professional bilingualism (English/French, oral and written). This role requires bilingualism to serve a national patient base and collaborate with stakeholders outside of Quebec.
