Job description
Shape the future of Military.com’s mortgage marketplace as Director of Mortgage Growth & Operations. Lead the creation and scaling of a VA loan lead generation platform. As the head of operations, you'll own development and collaboration with cross-functional teams to build a robust mortgage marketplace. This role demands a unique blend of strategic insight and operational expertise to develop marketplace infrastructure and establish lender partnerships. Your efforts will drive long-term revenue growth and marketplace optimization. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development of Military.com’s mortgage marketplace • Collaborate with engineering for optimal user experience • Analyze performance data to target growth and maximize profit • Define operational workflows and business strategies • Build and grow relationships with mortgage lenders Requirements: • 5+ years in strategy, operations, or data science • Proven record in launching or scaling businesses • Strong analytical skills for decision-making • Entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on execution • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field Drive impactful growth and operational excellence in Military.com’s innovative mortgage marketplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
