Job description
Excel as a registered bilingual therapist with Homewood Health in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, delivering solution-focused counseling. Address diverse mental health concerns through effective strategies.Homewood Health seeks qualified mental health professionals for contract, in-person roles. Your focus will be on providing short-term counseling while addressing challenges such as workplace stress, addiction, and interpersonal issues. A Master’s Degree in a counseling-related field, along with significant experience, is essential to succeed in this position.Key Responsibilities: • Offer solution-oriented therapy for a variety of mental health issues • Engage clients of all ages, including families and couples • Uphold professional standards throughout the counseling process • Conduct consultations with clinical management when needed • Meet all provincial regulatory compliance requirementsRequirements: • Master’s Degree in a counseling-related field • Over 3 years of experience in counseling settings • Registration with an applicable regulatory body • Valid professional liability insurance coverage • Fluency in English and FrenchUtilize your therapeutic skills to make a meaningful impact on clients’ lives at Homewood Health in Rouyn-Noranda. #J-18808-Ljbffr
