Job description
Become a key leader in enhancing customer experience as the Assistant Store Manager at Tokyo Smoke. Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to maximize sales and brand engagement. This role is integral to our new lifestyle brand, where you will directly support team motivation and operational excellence. Your commitment to service and expertise in retail leadership will contribute significantly to our success in the recreational cannabis market. Key Responsibilities: • Drive sales and profitability while controlling costs • Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships • Manage the staff training and development initiatives • Oversee daily POS transactions and cash reconciliation • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Requirements: • 3-5 years in a retail or services background • 1 year in a leadership role, ideally in a union setting • High School diploma or business-related education • Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays • Must obtain CannSell certification Harness your leadership skills and enthusiasm for cannabis at Tokyo Smoke. #J-18808-Ljbffr
