Come spend the evening with our RBC Team to learn more about careers in leadership in the Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager roles!At RBC, we are always on the look-out for top talent for opportunities within in the Lower Mainland BC Area including Fraser Valley, Delta, Surrey, White Rock, Tri-cities and Maple Ridge. We will be hosting an in person RBC Leadership Connection Networking Event on July 22nd 2026.The Branch Manager and Assistant Branch manager roles are unique positions that calls on your client-focused advice expertise and natural problem-solving skills to maximize each client interaction by helping clients and your team with their everyday banking, credit, and investment needs. As an RBC ambassador, you add value in the moments that matter most to clients and collaborate with other RBC partners to help clients achieve their goals.
Must-have:
Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course)
Goal-oriented individual with a demonstrated passion for putting clients first.
Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a drive to succeed
Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).
