  • Support business performance reviews through KPI tracking, reporting, and presentation of findings to leadership teams.
  • Lead root cause investigations utilizing structured problem-solving methodologies and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Participate in new product introductions, process changes, and validation activities to ensure quality requirements are achieved.
  • Monitor industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to continuously strengthen quality systems and operational performance.
  • Support additional quality, compliance, and continuous improvement projects as required.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience conducting internal, supplier, customer, and process audits within a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, product certification requirements, and quality management principles within regulated industries.

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives to completion.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing quality activities and managing customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies is considered an asset.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving capabilities.
