Job description
Lead transformational FP&A efforts at STRIVE as the Global Vice President in Toronto. Drive financial planning, analysis, and modernization through analytics and technology in this strategic role. As Global Vice President of FP&A, you will provide oversight for all FP&A activities, partnering closely with the CFO to enhance performance management. This influential position is critical for operational excellence, utilizing data-driven insights to support executive decisions. Your leadership will shape a results-oriented team culture focused on analytical excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee global budgeting and strategic planning processes • Modernize FP&A with AI and automation tools • Act as a trusted advisor across finance and operations • Enhance financial reporting and performance metrics • Develop a high-performing FP&A team culture Requirements: • 15+ years in FP&A and corporate finance • Proven success in multinational corporate finance roles • Extensive experience in M&A financial modeling • Strong track record in leading FP&A transformations • Preferred credentials: MBA, CPA, CFA, or CBV Make a notable impact at STRIVE by transforming FP&A through advanced analytics and strategic decision-making. #J-18808-Ljbffr
