Job description
Elevate your career with Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan as a Managing Director in Private Equity Services. Leverage your expertise in deal leadership and Services investment to make impactful decisions. This senior leadership role requires overseeing all phases of investment deals, including underwriting, execution, and post-deal management. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in private equity and demonstrate a strong grasp of Commercial & Residential Services and Industrial & Infrastructure Services. You will partner with global offices and lead a team tasked with creating value and achieving investment goals. Key Responsibilities: • Lead investment deals from inception to exit • Execute pricing, structuring, and negotiation strategies • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders including CEOs and bankers • Define coverage priorities across Services sectors • Develop and mentor the Services investment team Requirements: • 15+ years in private equity with a track record of leading deals • Direct investment experience in Services • Strong board director experience • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills • Willingness to travel globally Demonstrate your leadership in private equity and drive value creation at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. #J-18808-Ljbffr
