Become RSM's Sustainability Advisory Director and elevate ESG practices with unparalleled expertise. Focus on AI-driven solutions that meet clients' sustainability goals. In this pivotal role, you will expand RSM’s ESG Advisory Services across North America, leading client engagements and developing impactful sustainability initiatives. You will leverage your technical knowledge and business acumen to drive growth while ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder engagement. Join a collaborative environment where your leadership will shape the future of sustainability. Key Responsibilities: • Lead business development and close significant opportunities • Scale and mentor a dedicated sustainability consulting team • Create innovative ESG + AI service offerings • Oversee projects ensuring alignment with client objectives • Present analytics-driven insights to client leadership Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability or related field • 10+ years of ESG consulting experience • Strong business development track record • In-depth knowledge of ESG standards • Experience with AI tools in ESG contexts Shape the future of sustainability and AI at RSM, delivering transformative results for clients and communities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
