Property Restoration Technician - Water Damage Technician

You'll set up drying and restoration equipment, remove damaged materials, and prepare work areas for the next stage of repair. You'll assist with water extraction, demolition, and cleanup while learning to follow industry standards and safety protocols. Working side by side with experienced technicians, you'll see how teamwork and attention to detail turn damaged spaces into safe, restored environments. Your initiative and reliability keep every project moving smoothly and every client feeling supported.Qualifications6 months of experience in restoration, construction, or a related field (cleaning or emergency services experience an asset)Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new techniques and equipmentProficient in using mobile devices and relevant applicationsBasic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteEffective communication skills with coworkers, supervisors, and customersValid full class driver's license and clear driver's abstract depending Fit test and other safety certifications Water Remediation Technician (WRT) certification an asset Forklift certification is an asset Includes participation in a rotating on-call scheduleAbility to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gearCompensationSalary Range: $20-$23/hour with overtime opportunities Who We AreAt First Onsite, the work you do every day makes a real impact.
