Job description
Join National Bank as the Director of NAV and Specialized Operations. Lead a dynamic team in fund accounting with an emphasis on ETF and operational complexity. This senior leadership position involves managing a team of about 10 professionals while ensuring optimal NAV production. You'll be responsible for enhancing processes, managing risks, and providing a high standard of service to various stakeholders. Continuous collaboration and innovation are essential components of this role. Key Responsibilities: • Lead a specialized team focused on NAV production and ETFs • Ensure timely and quality adherence in NAV production • Resolve complex operational challenges with sustainable solutions • Maintain collaboration with internal and external teams • Drive automation and process optimization initiatives Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent • 7 to 10 years in relevant roles within fund accounting • Strong understanding of ETFs and their complexities • Effective risk management and operational control skills • Strong analytical and communication skills Be a key player at National Bank, enhancing the efficiency of ETF and specialized operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
