Job description
Join a pioneering greenhouse organization as General Manager, leading operations for exceptional product quality and operational performance. Drive growth in controlled-environment agriculture. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of greenhouse operations, including production, financial management, and employee engagement. We seek a leader with over a decade of greenhouse experience and the ability to develop strategies that enhance productivity and safety. Your collaborative approach will support the optimization of production flow and resource utilization. Key Responsibilities: • Manage operations including production and shipping • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost efficiency initiatives • Develop operational strategies for improved resource use • Ensure compliance with food safety and labor standards • Drive initiatives to boost crop quality and operational efficiency Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related discipline • Minimum of 10 years in greenhouse operations with leadership • Strong knowledge of crop production and environmental controls • Proven experience managing complex operations • Effective communication skills, bilingual is a plus Utilize your greenhouse expertise to drive agricultural innovation and success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
