Job description
Elevate human resources at CGL as a Strategic HR Partner in a hybrid work environment. Focus on talent management and enhancing company culture through expert insights. CGL is seeking an HR Partner for a temporary full-time role within the Human Resources department. In this capacity, you will collaborate with business leaders to assess organizational needs and utilize HR data for impactful decision-making. Your expertise will support the design of talent initiatives that resonate with the company’s goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Consult on HR practices to resolve business challenges • Analyze talent metrics for informed strategic decisions • Facilitate educational sessions on crucial HR topics • Guide HR program design reflecting business context • Collaborate with Senior HR Partner to ensure alignment Requirements: • Minimum five years of HR experience required • Relevant degree in HR or Business Administration • CPHR or CHRP designation preferred • Expertise in Change Management and Total Rewards • Strong English proficiency for effective communication Drive strategic HR contributions to enhance staff engagement and operational efficiency at CGL. #J-18808-Ljbffr
