Job description

About The Role:

The Vendor Business Manager (VBM) / Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the financial performance and strategic alignment of our Alliance vendor partnership. In this role, you will support AMD as a key vendor, collaborating closely with Tier 1 OEM endpoint manufacturers to optimize growth and execution across AMD-based device portfolios.

In this high-visibility role, you will serve as the primary liaison between vendors, internal teams, and channel partners, ensuring alignment on business objectives, operational excellence, and revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping vendor strategy, optimizing performance, and enabling sales success—directly contributing to TD SYNNEX’s continued leadership in the IT distribution ecosystem.

This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual (French/English) professional looking to expand their career in vendor management, business development, and strategic partnerships within a fast-paced, global organization.

What You’ll Do

Drive Vendor Growth & Strategy

  • Own and deliver against fiscal year revenue, profitability, and market share targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with AMD and Tier 1 endpoint vendors
  • Negotiate programs, incentives, and business plans to maximize vendor success
  • Identify market opportunities through competitive analysis and data insights

Lead Sales Enablement & Partner Engagement

  • Promote vendor solutions through sales training, enablement programs, and reseller engagement
  • Partner with Business Development and Sales teams to increase pipeline and close key opportunities
  • Represent TD SYNNEX at partner events, vendor engagements, and internal enablement sessions

Execution & Operational Excellence

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient execution of strategic initiatives
  • Act as a primary point of contact for vendor-related operational needs and issue resolution
  • Develop and report on business performance through weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates

Inventory & Forecasting Leadership

  • Manage inventory health through weekly vendor collaboration and proactive issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and support large deal strategy and execution

Marketing & Business Development Support

  • Contribute to content creation, campaigns, and training materials to drive demand generation
  • Leverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint to support data-driven decision-making

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in endpoint solutions, vendor management, or IT distribution
  • Fluency in French is preferred; English (spoken and written) required
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

Hiring Salary Range: $70,800 - $88,500 CAD

Le gestionnaire de comptes fournisseurs (Vendor Business Manager – VBM) / responsable du développement des affaires joue un rôle clé dans l’optimisation du rendement financier et de l’alignement stratégique de notre partenariat avec les fournisseurs de l’alliance. Dans ce rôle, vous soutiendrez AMD à titre de fournisseur clé, en collaborant étroitement avec des fabricants d’équipement d’origine (OEM) de niveau 1 spécialisés dans les appareils terminaux afin de maximiser la croissance et l’exécution des portefeuilles d’appareils alimentés par AMD.

Dans ce rôle hautement visible, vous agirez comme principal point de liaison entre les fournisseurs, les équipes internes et les partenaires de distribution, en veillant à l’alignement des objectifs d’affaires, à l’excellence opérationnelle et à la croissance des revenus. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’élaboration des stratégies fournisseurs, l’optimisation des performances et le soutien aux équipes de ventes, contribuant directement au leadership continu de TD SYNNEX dans l’écosystème de la distribution TI.

Vos responsabilités

Croissance et stratégie fournisseurs

  • Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs annuels en matière de revenus, rentabilité et parts de marché
  • Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec Intel, AMD les fournisseurs de terminaux de niveau 1
  • Négocier des programmes, des incitatifs et des plans d’affaires afin de maximiser la performance des fournisseurs
  • Identifier des opportunités de marché grâce à l’analyse concurrentielle et aux données

Activation des ventes et engagement des partenaires

  • Promouvoir les solutions fournisseurs par le biais de formations, programmes d’activation et engagement des revendeurs
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de développement des affaires et des ventes pour augmenter le pipeline et conclure des occasions clés
  • Représenter TD SYNNEX lors d’événements partenaires, rencontres fournisseurs et sessions internes

Exécution et excellence opérationnelle

  • Favoriser la collaboration interfonctionnelle afin d’assurer l’exécution efficace des initiatives stratégiques
  • Servir de point de contact principal pour les besoins opérationnels liés aux fournisseurs et la résolution de problèmes
  • Élaborer et présenter des rapports hebdomadaires, mensuels et trimestriels sur la performance des activités

Gestion des stocks et prévisions

  • Assurer la santé des stocks grâce à une collaboration hebdomadaire avec les fournisseurs et une gestion proactive des enjeux
  • Maintenir des prévisions précises du pipeline et soutenir les stratégies pour les transactions d’envergure

Soutien marketing et développement des affaires

  • Contribuer à la création de contenu, campagnes et matériel de formation pour stimuler la demande
  • Utiliser des outils comme Excel, Power BI et SharePoint pour appuyer la prise de décisions basée sur les données

Profil recherché

Qualifications requises

  • 2 à 4 ans d’expérience en solutions de terminaux, gestion de fournisseurs ou distribution TI
  • La maîtrise du français est un atout; l’anglais (oral et écrit) est requis
  • Diplôme d’études postsecondaires en administration, marketing, ventes ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente)

Rémunération

La rémunération annuelle sera déterminée en fonction de plusieurs facteurs, notamment la localisation géographique, l’expérience professionnelle, la formation et les compétences, et sera définie d’un commun accord au moment de l’offre.
